Mr. Deodati has been providing his expertise on enterprise development for over 10 in the Industry.  He has been working to support and promote the transformation of smallholder agriculture producers, providing his expertise on youth employment, supporting the development and implementation of youth employability and entrepreneurship interventions in Tanzania. Additionally, Mr. Deodati have been engaged on the development of Tanzania internship and apprenticeship framework, a key resource on the revamping of the University of Dar es Salaam Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre and facilitate linkage between private sector and universities for skills matching and internship programs. The expert has worked on business development trainings, provide a coordination and leadership role at partner organization level, zonal and national level reporting to different national and International organizations including the UN Agencies. Mr. Deodati as a business Coach have been working with SMEs to improve their management capacity, linkages and partnerships for business growth. He has provided his management and business expertise to farmer organizations and cooperatives.
