Mr. Joshua Ogeto Ongaga works with TAPBDS as Project Manager. He is seasoned researcher and operations manager with over 18 years of experience in research and project management in Tanzania, Kenya, Sudan and Zambia. He is well versed with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies working in rural and urban settings and a wide range of target respondents. He is result oriented project manager with a proactive approach to performance and data accuracy.
