Richard has had a couple of internships working with Jinja Municipal council SACCO and Buwenge town council farmers’ cooperative savings and credit society limited. He went on to continue working with Buwenge as an assistant manager. Richard joined Kaka Business resource and advisory service Centre limited (a BDS firm in kampala) in November 2018. His work at Kaka ltd involved bridging the gap between BDS and cooperatives and conducting training in: business development, financial management, governance and member engagement, lobbying, advocacy and entrepreneurship knowledge among 33 farmer cooperatives and groups all over Uganda. Mr Kasiba Richard also aided the Bank of Uganda in sensitization of the Agricultural Credit Facility (ACF) through Kaka limited. Richard also has experience writing proposals, two of which were considered successful by the United States African Development foundation (USADF).
