Ms Nyakainja believes that every person is able to do something only if they are given knowledge, time and an opportunity. In addition to being the Head of ICT and Innovation, she also carries out Project Monitoring and Evaluation responsibilities at TAPBDS. Along more than 10 year experience proving consulting services to SMEs including trainings, coaching, financial and market linkages, Ms Nyakainja developed an adequate profile working with  government and private organizations, local and international NGOs as well as corporate. She holds Bachelor degree in Social Work and currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Project Management. She is an ILO-SIYB Certified Trainer and has taken related skills development programs from both local and international organizations.
