TAPBDS has been consistently rolling out the SMEs Financial Education (SFE) training as part of its mission to build financially capable entrepreneurs and business owners across Tanzania. The training is designed to equip participants with essential knowledge and tools in budgeting, saving, investment, recordkeeping, and navigating the Tanzanian financial ecosystem. Conducted every Saturday throughout July, the sessions are delivered online by certified experts in financial literacy, including Bank of Tanzania accredited educators and experienced enterprise trainers.
The SFE training has attracted a growing number of participants entrepreneurs, youth, and microfinance practitioners who are eager to improve their financial management and access funding opportunities. The program is intentionally practical, interactive, and affordable (at a participation fee of TZS 100,000), ensuring accessibility to many across regions. Participants benefit from live discussions, case studies, and direct mentorship, and they are awarded a recognized certificate upon completion. TAPBDS remains committed to expanding the reach and impact of the SFE training to build stronger, more resilient businesses.
