TAPBDS convened a supplier–youth linkage clinic that brought together 40 young agripreneurs from Singida and Dodoma regions and four leading mechanization suppliers: Holland Greentech, Reliance Group, Agropath, and Imara Tech. The clinic was organized to help youth-led agri-SMEs access machines, finance, and after-sales support in a practical, one-stop setup.

What we did

  • Matchmaking desk: one-on-one conversations between youth and suppliers on machine options, pricing, and delivery timelines.
  • Finance desk: NMB staff clarified the 10% District Council loan process (used by Dodoma Municipal) and other payment pathways.
  • After-sales & care: live guidance on maintenance, warranties, and spare-parts logistics.
  • Peer demonstration: Bashiri—a youth linked earlier and now working with Feedall as a sales technician—demonstrated basic maintenance and repair, showing how service skills unlock extra income.

Outcomes by the numbers

  • 30 out of 40 youths initiated acquisition (loan applications and/or installment plans with Imara Tech and Agropath).
  • 30 youths signed MoUs to become commission-based agents for Agropath.
  • 32 youths registered as informers for Reliance Group (market intelligence and lead generation).
  • 12 youths (7 men, 5 women) from Mbeya, Njombe, Iringa, and Ruvuma signed MoUs with Feedall to begin as sales agents.

“This is the link that was missing—choice, finance clarity, and immediate action in one room,” said one of TAPBDS officers.

During the linkage clinic, Bashiri, a youth previously linked and now employed by Feedall as a sales technician, led a hands-on demonstration on machine maintenance and basic repairs for his peers.

Following the session, 12 youths (7 men, 5 women) from Mbeya, Njombe, Iringa, and Ruvuma signed MoUs to begin working with Feedall as sales agents.
